Terms & Conditions

AVAILABILITY;

Cherish Those Moments try to keep our site as up to date, however, we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 30 days. If Cherish Those Moments cannot dispatch an item to you within the 30 days you can request a cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.

Due to the nature of our products, they are immediately sent for production. Please check your order during the order process and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt or you have had a change of heart.

Please note that Cherish Those Moments do not proofread or check personalisations due to automated system and product may come blank or with fixed design or fixed text if you do not enter any personalisation.

Incorrect item received:
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer service quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

 

Faulty item:
If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer service team quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Non-Personalised:
Non-Personalised products can be returned for a refund within 14 days. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We would recommend sending items by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item, and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.

Colour:
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.

Alcohol:
Cherish Those Moments strictly adhere to legal regulations and cannot provide alcohol-related products to individuals who are under the age of 18. As an online retailer, it is your responsibility to implement proper age verification processes on your website to prevent any underage purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm and all our dispatch and delivery timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays.

  • Royal Mail 48Hr address only - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please note this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

  • Royal Mail 24Hr UK address only- Royal Mail aim to deliver your order 1-2 working days. Please note this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

  • Royal Mail Tracked UK address only - Royal Mail aim to deliver your order 1-2 working days. Please note this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

  • Next Working Day - Orders received by the cut off 1pm, will be delivered next working day.


Please note that all our items require production time.

 

RETURNED ORDERS:

Any package that is returned to us for any other reason, we will contact you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 1 month of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.

 

RETURNS:

Cherish Those Moments believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however If you feel that you need to return an item.

Cherish Those Moments have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 48 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 14 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and package. Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery, return of delivery, perishable goods, items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process. If the goods that Cherish Those Moments deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we will replace the goods.

Product images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and Cherish Those Moments do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
